                       General Terms & Condition for Travelers 

Booking Process and Confirmation 

Your booking intention is confirmed when advance payment is paid for 50% of the total charge as down payment. The amount that needs to be paid are included in the invoice. The booking will be confirmed by Cordelia Phinisi when the down payment lands on its account and booking confirmation is issued to the Traveler. 

Deposits & Payment Traveler will be required to pay a deposit or make full payment for your booking at the time of booking. After the reservation have been agreed, which will be effective in writing only, the payment is to be done according to the following calculation: 

• 50% of total amount as down payment, to be paid maximum 2 days after the invoice date 
• The rest 50% or balance to be paid maximum 14 days before the traveling date 

If either advance payment or balance payment has not been fully settled until above stated deadlines, Cordelia Phinisi shall be entitled to cancel the booking without any refunds to the Traveler. The trip can be proceed only after the complete amount for charter and all contracted extra services has been fully settled.

Bank Fees, Taxes, and Other Fees from Payment Method 

All bank fees, taxes, and other fees from payment methods shall be borne solely by Traveler. Cordelia Phinisi reserves the right to get the full amount of the price of the trip, without the slightest amount. 

Short Notice of Last Minute Booking I

f reservation is made less than 14 days prior to departure, full payment (100%) is required

Traveller List, Documents, and Arrival Details 

• You must send a correctly filled traveller list, not later than 2 days prior to the first day of charter.
•  Traveler agrees that she/he is the main contracting party of Cordelia Phinisi, and that Traveler is responsible for the other guests on board. Additionally, it is recommended to send an estimated time of arrival at least 2 days prior to the first day of charter, in order for the base staff to organize check-in procedure in as smooth way as possible. If Traveler has booked the transfer (e.g. from airport), then sending detailed arrival and departure information at least 2 days in advance is obligatory. 
• Traveler is responsible for the accuracy of delivered crew list information, as well as for validity of all passports, visas, licenses and other identification documents. In particular, Traveler acknowledges that the sailing license is a very important document on- board and is legally responsible for its accuracy and trustworthiness. 

Cancellation by Travelers & Refund Policy 

When you make a booking, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party these terms of business. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due, notifying us if any changes or cancellations are required and for receiving the confirmation and keeping your party informed. Should the charter of the booked be cancelled by Travelers, whatever the reasons may be, the Traveler shall be liable to inform Cordelia Phinisi company per email or Whatsapp message about the cancellation without delay. You shall be charged for the cancellation in the amount of: 

•  If the cancellation has been done 60 days prior to the starting date of accommodation : 50% refund of the full charter rate 
• If the cancellation has been done 30 days prior to the starting date of accommodation : 25% refund of the full charter rate 
• If the cancellation has been done 1-29 days prior to the starting date of accommodation : no refund 

The date of the receipt of the cancellation notice in writing shall be the basis for the settlement of the stated cancellation charges. 

Cancellation by Cordelia Phinisi 

Should the booking be cancelled by Cordelia Phinisi whatever the reasons may be, then Cordelia Phinisi will offer to Travelers these points as solutions :

a) Free Reschedule Free Reschedule with no extra charge or change of trip        price in any possible date within a year 

b) Full refund of all amounts that Cordelia Phinisi has received from          traveler for  the trip 

Reschedule Policy 

• Reschedule notice maximum 60 days prior to the starting date of accomodation is possible only to the same tour package as long as there is still availability on other dates. 

• Reschedule notice in less than 59 days prior to the starting date of accomodation is NOT possible. 

• Reschedule date period is within 6 months from the supposed travel date. ( for example : traveling date is May, maximum time to reschedule is until November) 

• Extra charge might applied if there is any rate differences between the booking rate and the reschedule rate. 

Force Majeur 

a) Cordelia Phinisi cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the reservation contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. 

b) Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include prohibition to sail by the Harbourmaster, fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic, pandemic and all similar situations beyond our control. 

c) It is explicitly agreed that an event of force majeure suspends execution of the reciprocal obligations for the parties, and that each party shall pay the expenses resulting therefrom (50:50). In particular, the travellers alone shall pay the additional expenses that might be incurred for any change in the , following the event of force majeure. 

Travel Documents, Passport, Visa, and Immigration Requirements 

It is the Traveler's responsibility to fulfill the passport/identity card, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements. 

Travel Insurance 

Cordelia Phinisi doesn't provide any travel insurance during the trip. In any event, we strongly advise that you have insurance in order to cover you and your party in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses or unexpected incidents. 

Damages & Troubles Caused 

Traveler will be fully responsible for any damages caused during the trip and agreee to take the penalty when the incident occurs. In any circumstances, if guests have accidents or make chaos under the influence of alchohol, drugs usage, or any illegal substances, our company is not responsible for anything caused and have the right to stop the and report it to authorities. Documentation Delivery 

Photos and videos results taken during the trip will be sent to you in maximum 7 days after the trip ends. Our team will update you the download link and you can access the photos online. 

Privacy Policy The personal data and documents collected will only be those specifically required to fulfill travel, accommodation, or other travel-related requirements. We will not use personal data for any monitoring or profiling activity or process, and will not adopt any automated decision making processes. Personal data shall only be transferred to, or processed by, third party companies where such companies are necessary for the fulfillment of the travel arrangements. 

Acceptance of these Terms and Condition 

By using our services and paying the amount requested in the invoice, you are signifying your agreement with the following terms and conditions, on behalf of yourself and all members of your traveling party

• Hotel & accommodation on land
• Komodo National Park Entrance Ticket Personal needs (alcohol, cigarettes, etc) Tips for the guide, photographer, and boat crews.
