Booking Process and Confirmation
Your booking intention is confirmed when advance payment is paid for 50% of the total charge as down payment. The amount that needs to be paid are included in the invoice. The booking will be confirmed by Kanthaka Phinisi when the down payment lands on its account and booking confirmation is issued to the Traveler.
Deposits & Payment
Traveler will be required to pay a deposit or make full payment for your booking at the time of booking. After the reservation have been agreed, which will be effective in writing only, the payment is to be done according to the following calculation:
• 50% of total amount as down payment, to be paid maximum 2 days after the invoice date.
• The rest 50% or balance to be paid maximum 14 days before the traveling date.
If either advance payment or balance payment has not been fully settled until above stated deadlines, Kanthaka Phinisi shall be entitled to cancel the booking without any refunds to the Traveler. The trip can be proceed only after the complete amount for charter and all contracted extra services has been fully settled.
Bank Fees, Taxes, and Other Fees from Payment Method
All bank fees, taxes, and other fees from payment methods shall be borne solely by Traveler. Kanthaka Phinisi reserves the right to get the full amount of the price of the trip, without the slightest amount.
