CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. If a participant cancels, the deposit is non-refundable/the date cannot be changed, but an alternative trip can be found.
24 MONTHS BEFORE TRAVEL: 50%
2-3 MONTHS BEFORE TRAVEL: 30%
≤ 1 MONTH BEFORE TRAVEL: NO REFUNDS
2. Cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, epidemics, government regulations, etc.) may result in the trip being rescheduled and no refunds will be issued.
3. Participants who arrive late to the meeting point, thereby disrupting the trip, will be considered to have withdrawn and will not receive a refund.
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a minimum down payment of 50%.
Total payment must be paid 7 days prior to travel.
Rescheduling may be required up to 30 days prior to travel.
In the event of an emergency, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances due to natural disasters, riots, or other adverse weather conditions, the itinerary may be changed for passenger safety.
